Is this our place?

After looking at several places all over the city, we may have found a place to rest our heads for the remainder of our six months here.  We haven't even placed an offer yet, but it seems to be the highest ranking place we've seen so far (although Chris did like the one he saw last night better, a colleague said the Gloucester Road area was a more prime location).  It's actually a basement unit on Gloucester Road in Kensington.  What do you think?
