St. Thomas - iPhone Photo Diary

One day, one day I just might catch up on our life. : ) We took a little family vacation to St. Thomas the second week of June. It was great to get away with the fam and do a little relaxing.

Getting ready to get on the airplane but not before a snack!

Carson was relatively chill on her way to get on her first ever flight.

Reed was easily entertained by the tv in front of his seat. Such a good boy!

Carson pretty much moved around the entire flight, except for the hour or so that she slept.

The view from our room. Gorgeous!!

Relaxing under a tree on the beach with my favorite girl.

Reed had so much fun playing in the sand.

He also got to kayak with Daddy.

Every day when we got down to the beach, it was time for Little Miss a nap. We started to give up on even getting her ready for the beach until after her nap.

These iguanas were all over the resort.

Yummy!

Father's Day on vacation, AWESOME!
Going snorkeling with Daddy. This lasted maybe 5 seconds.

Paddle boarding with Daddy.

We took a drive around the island one day. We drove to and got a bird's eye view of Magen's Bay. Just beautiful!

Anyone want lobster for dinner. Two nights a week a fisherman pulls his boat right onto the beach and the chef picks out the fresh catch he wants to serve that evening. We went both nights.

Those lashes!

Gorgeous sky from our dinner spot.

Yum....watermelon!

Reed did his best to take up the entire king bed.

Reed made a friend on the beach. He also happened to be on our flight back to Atlanta.

    1. Looks can be deceiving! ; ) I think with the age that Caroline will be next year, you guys should be good! Carson was the hard part on this trip. She was still napping twice a day, so she literally was ready for nap when we finally made it to the beach each morning. Ha!

  2. Looks like a great trip. We have looked at St. Thomas but have always been afraid it will be a spring break crowd. Is there a certain area on the island or resort you all like?

    1. I think you guys would enjoy St. John better. I think it is definitely less crowded and more laid back. I also think that it is pricey to get there, so as long as you stay away from the cruise stops, you should be good. We stayed at the Ritz. It was nice, although not a typical Ritz, per Chris's professional hotel opinion. ; ) Let me know if you guys ever decide to go and we would certainly answer any questions!
